Install
Download the connectgrip app from Google Play or from the App Store.
Log in
Open the app and log in with your MyOttobock account. The app will direct prosthetists to register a MyOttobock Pro account if needed.
Activate
Once you've completed your certification course with the Academy team, request access for the component. Credentials are checked automatically — unlock pins are no longer required.
