Ottobock's MPKs open up a whole host of new possibilities for users. If you wear a C-Leg 4 or Genium X4, you can benefit from the unique option of using additional settings called MyModes, which supplement the tailored basic settings.
You can use the MyModes to make your prosthesis' functions even more individual and adapt them to your own daily routine. Together with your prosthetist, you decide which settings will support you best — and switch between them in seconds with the Cockpit app or a defined movement pattern.

The Genium X4 lets you save up to five MyModes alongside the basic mode — for cycling, golf, surfing, working positions or any recurring activity in your routine.

MyModes are settings which can be saved in your microprocessor knee (MPK) in addition to the basic mode. You can determine the values you want together with your prosthetist so they can programme them in the software. You can switch between the settings as often as you want once your technician has saved the MyModes for you.
The Genium X4 and C-Leg 4 feature this unique option, which allows individual movement patterns to be set in advance.
For the C-Leg 4, your prosthetist can save two further MyModes in addition to the basic mode, and up to five MyModes of your choice can be set for the Genium X4.
You can switch between your MyModes in no time using the Cockpit app for your smartphone. The same applies when you want to return to basic mode.
