Which cookies we use, why we use them and how to change your preference.

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. When you return, your browser sends the file back and the site recognises you.

In this policy "cookie" also covers technologies that do the same job: local storage, session storage and tracking pixels.

Measure the results of advertising campaigns and stop you seeing the same ad repeatedly.
May build a shared identifier with advertising platforms.
Switching them off does not remove ads; it only reduces how personalised they are.

Functional cookies

Keep the live chat open and preserve your conversation history.

4. Third-Party Tools We Use

We use the following services on the site. Each is subject to its own privacy policy:

Google Tag Manager (GTM-PXV3RWDJ) — the container that manages our other measurement tags.
Google Analytics 4 (G-77CC05RBJG) — visit and page measurement.
Google Ads — measuring advertising conversions.
Meta Pixel (1434222311850548) — Facebook and Instagram ad measurement.
tawk.to — live chat support.
Web3Forms — delivering form submissions.
Vercel — hosting and basic access logs.

We update this list as tools are added or removed.

5. How Long Cookies Are Kept

Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
Analytics cookies: usually kept for up to 14 months.
Marketing cookies: usually kept between 90 days and 13 months.
Preference cookies: kept until you delete them, or up to 12 months.

Exact durations may vary according to each provider's policy.

6. How to Manage Cookies

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work correctly.

Safari: Settings › Safari › Privacy & Security.
Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install Google's browser add-on.
You can change your Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

7. Transfers Outside Türkiye

The measurement and hosting services we use may have servers outside Türkiye. Data collected through cookies is therefore transferred abroad.

These transfers take place under Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the relevant provisions of the GDPR, within the providers' standard contractual clauses.

8. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when the tools we use or the applicable law change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date at the top.
